My hair has been thinning the last few years and I am worried it is a sign of early balding. Is there anything i can do to stop this and reverse it?

There are many reasons for thinning of hair, including autoimmune conditions like alopecia areata and male pattern baldness due to testosterone, also known as androgenetic alopecia. You must see a dermatologist to ascertain the cause. Whatever the cause, you can benefit by eating a healthy diet with sufficient (but not excessive) Vitamin E and A, as well as a good shampoo.

There are several natural methods are available for you to prevent the hair fall. One of the most effective solution is hot oil treatment .Take any natural oil such as olive, coconut, canola  and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair. And another effective solution is Onion .Onion juice helps treat hair loss due to its high sulfur content, which helps improve blood circulation to the hair follicles, regenerate hair follicles and reduce inflammation. For getting writing assistance please contact cheap essay writing service they are providing best services for their customer in order to improve their academic writing skills.
