What time should I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner?
Depends what time you wake up and sleep.
5 hours apart is usually a good start. 8am breakfast, 1pm lunch, 6pm dinner for example.
It depends on your schedule. The earlier you wake up, the earlier times they can be. Usually for most people breakfast happens before 11am then lunch is around 2 and dinner is around 6 or 7.
