Depends what time you wake up and sleep.

5 hours apart is usually a good start. 8am breakfast, 1pm lunch, 6pm dinner for example.

It depends on your schedule. The earlier you wake up, the earlier times they can be. Usually for most people breakfast happens before 11am then lunch is around 2 and dinner is around 6 or 7.

What time do you like? Do you work? Do you attend college? All of these things factor into timed meals.

Go with your gut! Yes, pun intended. I think you need to look at your own schedule and decide what times work best for you. Never feel the need to rush a meal just to make it on someone else's time.
